Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and applicable regulations:
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or refused delivery
- Chargebacks filed for delivered or stolen packages will be disputed with supporting documentation
